The College Fellowship (TCF) is guided by the Public Concern Foundation (PCF) together with an international Advisory and Country Collective — a network of distinguished scholars, leaders, and practitioners who bring vision, integrity, and expertise to every Fellowship journey.
The Advisory Collective provides strategic guidance on programme design, ethics, and impact, while the Country Collective brings together regional mentors and partner institutions to ensure that each Fellowship is deeply rooted in local knowledge, culture, and collaboration.
Together, they form the Fellowship’s compass — shaping its direction, upholding its values, and ensuring that every journey reflects The College Fellowship’s commitment to dignity, empathy, and transformative human connection.
