The Programmes

The College Fellowship (TCF) offers transformative, multidisciplinary programmes designed to meet the needs and aspirations of each participating group.

Every journey is customised — shaped around its participants, host communities, and shared goals.

Programmes may run from two weeks to a full academic term or year, serving sixth-form, gap-year, or university students. Each programme is a living blend of field experience, dialogue, and mentorship — cultivating intellectual depth, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to translate insight into action.

Integrated within these experiences are themed modules led by some of the most distinguished scholars, institutions, and practitioners in their fields — offering Fellows the opportunity to engage directly with leading thinkers who challenge perspectives and inspire purposeful change.

While every journey is unique, The College Fellowship aims for its programmes to be accredited, aligning with their level and scope so participants can integrate their Fellowship experience into formal academic pathways.

A defining strength of TCF is its access to exceptional mentors and practitioners who guide participants through reflection and discovery. The Morocco pilot is developed under the guidance of The College Fellowship team, with the insight and participation of Dr Donna Hicks, internationally recognised for her work on human dignity and conflict transformation at Harvard University. In collaboration with CorpsAfrica and Global Dignity, the Morocco Fellowship brings together learning, service, and human connection to foster transformation on all sides.

Each Fellowship journey is more than an academic experience — it is a bridge between learning and life, preparing participants to engage the world with clarity, compassion, and purpose.

Looking ahead, new programmes are being developed across the globe — from Italy and Ireland to British Columbia and the United States, from Nepal and Romania to Greece, and journeys traversing the oceans — continuing the Fellowship’s mission to celebrate the essence of humanity. Together, these journeys form a growing constellation of hope and possibility — celebrating the essence of humanity and shaping a more dignified, interconnected world.

We live in deeds, not years; in thoughts, not breaths; and our time should be counted in the throbs of our hearts as we love and help, learn and strive, and make from our own talents whatever can increase the stock of the world’s good.
